Johnnie Müller

Johnnie Müller has served as Security Director at Copenhagen Airports A/S (CPH) since 2006. He is responsible for all Security functions and staffing at the airport with aprox. 1.110 Security employees and an OPEX of +500 MDKK and CAPEX varying between 60 and 250 MDKK.

Johnnie has introduced new management, quality & service structures to the department and during his time at CPH, Security has won the Skytrax Award for World’s best Airport Security in 2013, 2014 and 2017 (+ 2nd best in 2015 and 3rd best in 2018).

From 2011-2013 Johnnie served as the Vice Chairman of ACI Europe Security Committee, followed by the role as the Chairman of the Committee In 2014-2016. From 2016-2018 Johnnie is serving as the Vice Chairman of ACI World Security Standing Committee

From 1996 to 2006 Johnnie worked for DHL Express. Throughout his employment, he advanced from being a bike courier to Customer Care Manager to Head of Customer Service and then Nordic Customer Service Director. During his time at DHL Johnnie especially focused on restructuring, streamlining as well as modernizing management methods to improve customer service levels.
