JFKIAT – the operator of Terminal 4 at JFK Airport – has introduced their Pride Pop-Up Museum in T4 in partnership with the LGBT Network and the NYC LGBT Historic Sites Project. This installation is part of the T4 Arts & Culture programme, an initiative that presents a curated, ongoing series of installations, exhibits, and performances across T4 throughout the year that represent the full New York City experience, from local art to food, culture and beyond.
The Pride Pop-Up museum was created to highlight a range of artwork and historical pride information, and includes inviting photo opportunities for all T4 travellers passing by. Travellers are encouraged to visit and learn more about the LGBT Network, NYC LGBT Historic Sites Project, Queens Pride Parade, New York City’s first-ever Pride March, and diversity at T4. The installation is located through security in Concourse B near Gate B25.
