Siri Betts-Sonstegard is the Senior Vice President of Experience and Design at Pittsburgh International Airport, where she leads innovative, user-centered strategies to transform travel for millions of passengers. For over a decade, she has honed her expertise in service design, previously serving as Design Research & Strategy Lead at IBM and contributing to the Design Innovation Group at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. In her current role, Siri is spearheading the airport’s trailblazing universal access programme, ensuring a seamless and inclusive journey for all travellers.
