AI, data, and biometrics: The key to a sustainable future for baggage?

Join International Airport Review in partnership with BagsID for a panel discussion on whether AI, data, and biometrics are the key to a sustainable future for baggage

At BagsID Network we are shaping the future of travelling with bags. Our technology uses rapid computer vision and artificial intelligence (AI) to recognise bags in a system that will significantly streamline the passenger journey.

This industry discussion with BagsID, WestJet, Vanderlande and Geneva Airport explore whether the future of baggage handling lies in technology and digitisation and whether they are the key drivers for the future of a sustainable baggage journey.

Baggage biometrics is giving airlines, airports, and baggage handling suppliers the opportunity to save money and save the planet. And with minimal operational changes landside or airside, the benefits really are hard to ignore.

Watch this session on-demand as industry leaders discuss and debate this topic, whilst looking at what the future holds for the point-to-point baggage journey for 2022 and beyond.
