Copenhagen Airport’s COO talks of the challenges of “Brain Drain” and making data-driven decisions

Kris­toffer Plenge-Brandt, COO of Copenhagen Airport, spoke about the challenges of losing workers due to COVID, referring to what he called a ‘brain drain,’ and the need to utilise data as part of decision-making for growth post-pandemic.
