Watch this exclusive interview with Customer Service Agent, April Laukaitis, who tells her story of providing personalised customer service which really made someone’s day.

Recently, Kristen Tunnos travelled through Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT). She wore on her left hand her 99-year-old grandmother’s diamond ring. During her travels, she lost the diamond and never thought she would see it again.

PIT airport employee, April Laukaitis, customer care agent, meticulously searched for the missing diamond and, against all odds, discovered it between the cracks in the tiles of the bathroom floors. When April reunited the ring with Kristen, they embraced and left Kristen crying with tears of joy.

In this exclusive interview with April, International Airport Review Editor, Holly Miles, discovered what attracted April to a career with Pittsburgh Airport, why she went above and beyond for Kristen to provide personalised service with a human touch, and what a special moment it was for both of them.
