International Airport Review had the opportunity to speak to David Elliott of Cohesive about humanising digital twins.
International Airport Review’s Editorial Assistant, Chunekshi, had the opportunity to speak to David Elliott of Cohesive about humanising digital twins.
During this perceptive discussion, David outlined the many benefits digital twins can have for an airport, including the areas at which it can help an airport save money.
David also discussed how, despite the remote and logical nature of digital twins, it is possible to humanise them, through its human benefit. The ability to mitigate staff burnout; strategically free up personnel to deliver a good passenger experience and its capability to empower staff with enough information so they can adequately do their role, shows how digital twins can have a human benefit.
