At Passenger Terminal Expo in Paris, we caught up with Michael Christensen, Chief Operations & Maintenance Officer of Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) to ask him what his number one trend to watch in air travel is for the year.
Michael said biometrics and using it in every aspect of the travel experience that airports can to make the experience more efficient and seamless. They see biometrics moving into self-bag-drop and security screening in the future.
