Speaking at Passenger Terminal Expo 2022 in Paris, we spoke to Nathalie Herbelles of ACI World about her trends to watch.

At Passenger Terminal Expo in Paris, we asked Nathalie Herbelles, Senior Director, Security and Facilitation of ACI World what her trend to watch is in air travel.

Nathalie answered data, saying that data will revolutionise the way we anticipate and predict traffic and response to passengers’ unique expectations.
