At the recent World Routes 2021 Conference in Milan, International Airport Review Editor, Holly Miles, caught up with Luis Felipe de Oliveira, Director General of ACI World. In this interview they discussed the challenges facing airports, the recovery of airports after the pandemic and how ACI World is working to aid this recovery, sustainability, the lasting effects of COVID-19, what airports need to do to survive in the future, as well as the importance of liberalisation in air travel.
