CANSO, the Global Voice of ATM, is pleased to welcome Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC) and ATC Network as Associate Members.
ADAC is the largest operator of airports in the UAE. Created in 2006 to spearhead the redevelopment of the Emirates’ aviation infrastructure, ADAC is an integral partner in the Government of Abu Dhabi’s Plan 2030. Wholly owned by the Abu Dhabi Government, the company is headquartered at Abu Dhabi International Airport.
ATC Network was founded in 1998 to provide an online community for the ATC Industry. Based in Maastricht, the Netherlands, ATC Network works with CANSO on delivering the ATM Jobs Board service, which was successfully launched at the end of August this year.
Graham Lake, CANSO Director General said:
“I am delighted to welcome Abu Dhabi Airports Company and ATC Network to CANSO. Associates play an important role in our global and regional activities and I am looking forward to their valuable contributions.
ADAC is the third Member to join us from the Middle East in as many months, and is further evidence that the importance of our work is increasingly recognised across the region’s aviation sector.
We are also looking forward to building on our strong relationship with ATC Network, and continuing to work together on our new ATM Jobs Board.”
