AviAlliance completes £1.53 billion acquisition of AGS Airports and appoints Kam Jandu as new CEO

AviAlliance has acquired AGS Airports, adding Aberdeen, Glasgow, and Southampton to its portfolio. Kam Jandu takes over as CEO, aiming to drive sustainable growth and expansion.

AviAlliance, a leading private airport investor and operator, has completed its £1.53 billion acquisition of AGS Airports (Aberdeen, Glasgow, and Southampton) from Ferrovial and Macquarie, following regulatory approvals. A subsidiary of PSP Investments, AviAlliance adds AGS to its global portfolio, which includes Athens, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, and San Juan airports.

What will this acquisition bring?

Kam Jandu has been appointed AGS Airports’ new CEO, succeeding Andy Cliffe, who departs by mutual consent after significant contributions. Kam, formerly CEO of Budapest Airport, brings three decades of aviation experience and will ensure a smooth transition, with Andy providing support during the handover.
