Building upon the success of our 2023 conference in London, this year, we are moving operations to one of the busiest airports in Europe and the world: Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. 

The conference will take place at The Steigenberger Airport Hotel Amsterdam which is only a free 10-minute transfer away from the airport.

This decision was driven by a desire to enhance accessibility for the airport industry’s key stakeholders, including airports, airlines, regulatory bodies, and aviation authorities. Amsterdam’s strategic location and exceptional transport infrastructure make it the ideal hub for these critical players in the industry, plus Schiphol Airport is a leader in sustainability, digitalisation and innovation, making it an excellent example for the airport sector.

Having listened to your feedback, we are incorporating different styles of discussion format including panels, keynotes, case studies and fireside chats. The agenda is also themed and so all sustainability, passenger experience and innovation sessions now sit together, so you can more effectively plan and compartmentalise your day.

Audience participation

We want to encourage audience participation and understand that not everyone has the courage to stand up and ask a question. You can submit questions via the Swapcard app, just download it and register for the summit. The questions will be shown on the screen and asked live during the session.
