Schiphol Airport have opened Health Food Wall, and two Intelligent Fridges in Gate 24/7. Health Food Wall has already been in place at Schiphol Plaza since 2019 and will increase its impact at the airport since its opening on 05 May.
“We are excited to expand our healthy impact at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol,” said Anouk Snelders, founder of Health Food Wall. “We believe everyone should have access to nutritious and tasty plant-based food and we are committed to making that a reality. With our Intelligent Fridges, travellers and employees at Schiphol can easily bring a nutritious and tasty meal or snack, without compromising on taste or quality.”

Since 2022, Health Food Wall has offered a 100% plant-based assortment. Carla Laurs Hoogvorst, retail manager Royal Schiphol Group: “By adding Health Food Wall’s two Intelligent Fridges, we are continuing to expand the healthy and sustainable choices available to visitors to Schiphol Plaza.
Travellers can visit the Gate 24/7 self-service machines day and night for personal care products, electronics, last-minute travel essentials and now also for a healthy meal or snack. A very nice addition to the current assortment.’
The Intelligent Fridges offer guests an innovative food experience. The contents of the fridges are optimised through clever use of data. Products offered include wraps, sandwiches, snacks, meals and drinks. Screens next to the fridges communicate the menu and prices. Guests can use the fridges by debit card, or through Health Food Wall’s free downloadable app.
Health Food Wall already experienced great growth in various sectors throughout the Netherlands last year, and this expansion at the airport fits within its 2023 development plans.
