Fly VIP at Birmingham Airport

VIP FLY, a full concierge service, has launched at Birmingham Airport (BHX).

This new service offers a pick and mix element and passengers can choose from a driven chauffer driven car service, express lane, and lounge access. 

The concierge service is available to book for all departing, arriving and transfer passengers using Birmingham Airport.

The personal concierge will accompany customers from the time they arrive at the airport to the point of departure. 

Whether it is a short hop within the UK, or further afield for that long-awaited holiday or a simple business trip, VIP-Fly will take care of your journey through Birmingham Airport.

There are a range of options to choose from. Passengers can be met after parking their car in any of the on-site parking options or the drop off car park.

A full meet and greet option will include a chauffeur driven limousine to collect customers from their home or office.

The personal concierge will support customers through all the stages of their pre-departure and will allow use of the express lane through security.
