Cam Ranh International Terminal: Your premier travel hub

Cam Ranh International Terminal is a modern and well-equipped airport facility in Vietnam. The two-floor terminal offers various areas and amenities to meet the needs of departing and arriving passengers efficiently.

The passenger check-in and baggage handling areas are spacious and equipped with 70 check-in counters and baggage conveyor belts with an automatic tag reader system. This set-up allows passengers to complete check-in procedures quickly and handles high passenger volumes effectively during peak travel times. The four high-capacity baggage claim belts located in the arrivals area can quickly and efficiently deliver checked luggage to passengers, minimising waiting times. The baggage handling system incorporates the latest tracking and monitoring technologies for secure and smooth delivery of passengers’ belongings.

The terminal’s four aerobridges, which connect the terminal building directly to the aircraft, can accommodate a wide range of aircraft sizes, from narrow-body to wide-body jets. These enclosed, climate-controlled passenger boarding bridges provide a seamless and comfortable boarding experience, protecting travellers from the outdoor elements.

Additionally, the terminal offers comfortable boarding lounges with relaxing seating, ample charging stations and access to duty-free shopping and dining options. With modern facilities and advanced technology, the terminal is well-equipped to handle the increasing number of passengers, ensuring a world-class travel experience.

Aeronautical and non-aeronautical business

With two major sectors, aeronautical and non-aeronautical business, our company is predominantly driven by the aeronautical industry, contributing approximately 75% of our total revenue

This sector plays a vital role in boosting the international tourism economy of our province. Committed to providing top-notch aviation services, we have consistently enhanced our quality standards and expanded our operations.

In 2019, our network covered over 80 destinations in Northeast Asia, Southeast Asia, and Eastern/Central Europe, serving more than 30 airlines. The main passenger markets include China, Korea, Russia/former Soviet countries, Thailand, and Malaysia.

We achieved a significant milestone in international passenger volume in 2019, showing remarkable growth from 2015 to 2019 with an average annual growth rate of 71%.

Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, we are actively working with airlines and tourism stakeholders to recover. Through our proactive efforts and timely actions, we have already restored 70% of passenger numbers in the first six months of 2024 compared to the same period in 2019, and we aim to sustain this recovery trend until the end of the year. To further improve passenger service quality, our experienced staff undergo continuous professional training to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for passengers and our airline partners.

In addition to the aeronautical sector, Cam Ranh International Terminal offers a wide range of non-aeronautical services, providing passengers with exceptional shopping and dining experiences, including:
