Over 30 companies participated in Airport Youth Career Day 2024 at HKIA, offering 2,000+ job openings and career guidance for aspiring aviation professionals.

“Airport Youth Career Day 2024” took place at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) between 13 – 14 December 2024 with over 30 companies from the airport community, offering more than 2,000 openings in roles including ground services, aircraft maintenance, aircraft engineering, airfreight, aviation security and more. The two-day event is jointly organised by Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK), the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council and the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups.
Details of the event
Airport Youth Career Day 2024 featured recruitment booths as well as career talks by company representatives who shared information on the latest aviation employment trends, discussed career development, and offered advice about job seeking. Attendees also received guidance on compiling CVs, CV photography and interview preparation.
During the event panel sessions included the topics of:

To help job seekers, AAHK also launched a new dedicated recruitment website, “Hong Kong International Airport Career Page”, from which job seekers will find the latest vacancies across various functions at HKIA. The website employs AI technology to provide suggestions for job seekers about CV and interview preparation. Market information about salary trends is also shared on the website as a reference.
