In Las Vegas, International Airport Review Editor Holly Miles, caught up with Megan Bozarth, Assistant Vice President, Customer Programs at Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) Airport.

Together they discussed how DFW Airport rebuilt passenger confidence in air travel, the passenger experience programmes they are running, Megan’s challenges, the airport’s technology roadmap look like for the year ahead, new revenue streams, plus the opening of four new gates for their Terminal C!
